Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

1. Do we sell personal information?
No. SaasDash.ai does not sell personal information to third parties for money. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months and have no plans to do so.
2. Do we "share" personal information?
Yes — narrowly, for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), the term "share" covers disclosures of personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, even if no money changes hands. By that definition, SaasDash shares the following when, and only when, a visitor has given marketing-cookie consent through our cookie banner:
- Identifiers — SHA-256 hashed email address and SHA-256 hashed phone number (when available), and a pseudonymous event ID;
- Internet or other electronic network activity — page URL, referrer, event name, value, currency, and user agent.
These data are shared with Meta Platforms, Inc.via the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API, for the purpose of conversion attribution and ad audience optimization on Meta's advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram). See the Advertising section of our Sub-processors page for details.
3. How to opt out
You can opt out of this sharing in any of the following ways:
- Cookie banner— open the cookie banner via the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer and turn off the "Marketing" toggle. This immediately disables the Meta Pixel client-side and, because our server-side Meta Conversions API integration is gated on the same marketing-consent signal, stops the server-side events as well.
- Email — send a request from your account email to privacy@saasdash.ai with the subject line "Do Not Share — California". We will record an account-level opt-out within 15 business days.
- Authorized agent — an authorized agent may submit an opt-out request on your behalf by emailing us with written authorization signed by you.
4. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We are implementing detection of the Global Privacy Control browser signal (Sec-GPC: 1 / navigator.globalPrivacyControl === true) so that we treat it as a valid opt-out of "sharing" for California residents. Until that is live, please use the cookie banner toggle or the email mechanism above.
5. Non-discrimination
We will not deny you our service, charge a different price, or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised your right to opt out of sharing.
6. Your other California rights
California residents also have the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. Those rights and how to exercise them are described in our Privacy Policy under "If you are a California resident (CCPA / CPRA)".
