Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SaasDash.ai, a SaaS metrics dashboard operated by SaasDash.ai ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SaasDash.ai.

1. Description of Service

SaasDash.ai is a metrics dashboard for SaaS founders based on the "Software as a Science" methodology. The platform provides Growth Ceiling prediction, scenario modeling, SaaS Hourglass audits, CAC and NRR calculators, AI-powered insights via Claude, activation tracking, weekly pulse checks, an affiliate program, NPS surveys, and a Wall of Fame testimonials feature.

2. Account Registration

You must sign in using a valid Google or GitHub account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Each individual should maintain only one account.

3. Plans & Pricing

We offer four subscription plans:

  • Free ($0/month) — Growth Ceiling calculator, basic metrics, ceiling visualization. 1 team member, no history retention.
  • Starter ($49/month or $470/year) — Adds CAC, weekly pulse, scenarios, goals, affiliate program, and Wall of Fame. 1 team member, 3 months of history, up to 3 scenarios.
  • Growth ($99/month or $950/year) — Adds hourglass audit, activation tracking, NRR, team collaboration, audit logs, AI chat, and AI activation advisor. Up to 3 team members, 12 months of history, 50 AI credits/month.
  • Scale ($249/month or $2,390/year) — All features, BYOK (Bring Your Own Key), unlimited history, unlimited scenarios and goals. Up to 10 team members, 200 AI credits/month.

Prices are in USD and may be updated with 30 days' notice. Plan features and limits are subject to change. Current plan details are always available on our pricing page.

4. AI Credits & Usage

AI features (Ask Science, Activation Advisor) consume credits. Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation that resets at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over. Additional credit packs may be purchased as one-time add-ons. Credits may expire if unused for an extended period. On the Scale plan, you may use your own Anthropic API key (BYOK) to bypass the credit system; you are solely responsible for any charges incurred on your Anthropic account.

5. Payments & Billing

All paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, or cancel via the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your account settings.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle. Downgrading to a lower plan may result in loss of access to features and data beyond the limits of the new plan.

6. Affiliate Program

Eligible users on Starter plans or above may join our affiliate program. Affiliates earn a 20% recurring commission on payments from referred customers for up to 12 months from the referral date. Commissions are subject to a 30-day lock period before becoming eligible for payout. Minimum payout threshold is $50.00. Payouts are processed monthly via Stripe Connect.

Affiliates must not use misleading advertising, spam, or any deceptive practices to generate referrals. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts that violate these guidelines, and to withhold commissions earned through fraudulent activity.

7. Testimonials & Wall of Fame

By submitting a testimonial through our Wall of Fame feature, you grant SaasDash.ai a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display your story, name, role, and company name on our website and marketing materials. All testimonials are subject to review and approval before publication. You may request removal of your testimonial at any time by contacting us.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt prompt injection, jailbreak, or other attacks against our AI systems
  • Use the service to store, process, or transmit malicious content
  • Abuse the credit system by creating multiple accounts or exploiting bugs
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our platform's source code or implementation details
  • Use the affiliate program for spam, deceptive marketing, or self-referrals
  • Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your workspace
  • Exceed the team seat, scenario, or usage limits of your current plan
  • Use the service for any activity that violates applicable law

We monitor for AI security incidents including injection attempts and may log, rate-limit, or suspend accounts that engage in abusive behavior.

9. Intellectual Property

SaasDash.ai, its design, source code, user interface, and branding are the property of SaasDash.ai. The platform applies SaaS metrics methodologies — including Growth Ceiling, SaaS Hourglass, and related frameworks — that are widely adopted by industry leaders and are not proprietary to SaasDash.ai. You retain ownership of all business data and metrics you enter into the platform. AI-generated insights are provided for your use but do not constitute proprietary content owned by you.

10. Data & Privacy

Your use of SaasDash.ai is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

SaasDash.ai is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that Growth Ceiling predictions, AI-generated insights, or any metrics calculations will be accurate, complete, or suitable for making business decisions. SaaS metrics are inherently based on assumptions and historical data that may not reflect future performance.

Our AI features use third-party language models (Anthropic Claude) and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading responses. You should independently verify any AI-generated advice before acting on it.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaasDash.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, loss of business, or loss of data arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay subscription fees. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days to allow for data export, after which it will be permanently deleted unless required by law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the website at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of SaasDash.ai after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil.
