Setting Up Company Profile
Configure your company details in SaasDash.ai for accurate growth calculations and team collaboration.
Your company profile powers every calculation in SaasDash.ai. Accurate company data means accurate growth projections.
Accessing Company Settings
Navigate to Settings in the left sidebar, then select the Company tab. Here you can configure:
- Company name — displayed across your dashboard and reports
- Currency — used for all monetary calculations (MRR, ARPA, CAC)
- Industry / vertical — helps the AI advisor provide relevant benchmarks
Required Information
The most important data lives in your Core Metrics section, not the profile. Your profile provides context; your metrics provide the numbers.
Set your company name
This appears in reports, exports, and team invitations. Use your official company name.
Choose your currency
SaasDash supports USD and other major currencies. All monetary metrics (MRR, ARPA, CAC) will display in your chosen currency. Choose the currency your SaaS bills in.
Enter your first metric snapshot
Go to Metrics > Core Metrics and enter your current numbers: customers, new customers/month, churn rate, and ARPA. This creates your first monthly snapshot and calculates your initial Growth Ceiling.
Update monthly
The real power of SaasDash comes from tracking trends. Enter a new metric snapshot at the start of each month to see how your ceiling shifts over time. Growth and Scale plans store up to 12 months and unlimited history respectively.
What Happens After Setup
Once your profile and first metrics are saved:
- Your Growth Ceiling calculates automatically
- The AI Advisor can reference your real data in conversations
- Next Best Actions start appearing based on your metrics
- You are considered "activated" in SaasDash

Add co-founders and team leads to collaborate on growth intelligence.
