Inviting Team Members
Add co-founders, team leads, and analysts to your SaasDash.ai workspace for collaborative growth intelligence.
SaasDash.ai supports team collaboration so your entire leadership team can access growth intelligence. The number of team members depends on your plan.

Need more seats?
Scale plans support up to 10 members by default. If you need more, contact support — additional seats can be added to your subscription.
How to Invite
Go to Team Settings
Navigate to Settings > Team in the left sidebar.
Enter their email
Click Invite Member and enter their email address. They will receive an invitation email with a link to join your workspace.
Set their role
Choose a role for the new member. Roles control what they can view and modify in the dashboard.
What Team Members Can Do
All team members can:
- View the Growth Ceiling and all metrics
- Access the AI Advisor (credits are shared across the team)
- See scenarios and pulse checks
- View diagnostic reports
The account owner (the person who created the company) can additionally:
- Manage billing and subscription
- Invite or remove team members
- Change roles
- Delete the company
Shared AI credits
AI credits are shared across the entire team. If your Growth plan includes 50 monthly credits, those 50 credits are consumed by any team member who uses the AI Advisor. Monitor usage in Settings > Billing.
Removing a Team Member
Go to Settings > Team, find the member, and click Remove. They will immediately lose access to your workspace. Their past AI conversations are retained for audit purposes.
