Buying AI Credit Packs
Purchase additional AI credits when your monthly allocation runs out. Credits never expire and are consumed after monthly credits.
When you need more AI Advisor interactions than your plan provides, you can purchase credit packs. These are one-time purchases that add credits to your balance.
How to Buy Credits
Go to Billing
Navigate to Settings > Billing in the sidebar.
Find Credit Packs
Scroll to the AI Credit Packs section. You will see available pack sizes and prices.
Purchase
Click Buy on your preferred pack. The purchase is processed through Stripe using your saved payment method. Credits are added to your balance immediately.

Smart strategy
Your monthly credits expire at the end of each billing cycle, so SaasDash uses them first. Purchased credits serve as a safety net — they are only consumed after your monthly allocation is depleted.
When to Buy Packs
Consider purchasing credit packs when:
- You are on a lower plan but need occasional heavy AI usage
- Your team has a board meeting or strategic planning session coming up
- You are running a growth sprint and want unlimited AI support for a week
- You have exhausted monthly credits with time left in the cycle
Refund Policy
Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. However, since they never expire, there is no risk of losing them. They stay in your account balance until consumed, even if you change plans or billing periods.
