Managing Your Subscription

View invoices, update payment methods, and manage your SaasDash.ai billing details through the Stripe customer portal.

All billing in SaasDash.ai is handled through Stripe. You can manage your subscription, view invoices, and update payment methods from your dashboard.

Accessing Billing Settings

Navigate to Settings > Billing in the sidebar. This page shows:

  • Your current plan and billing period
  • Next billing date and amount
  • AI credit balance (monthly + purchased)
  • Credit usage history
  • Link to the Stripe customer portal

Updating Payment Method

Go to Billing

Navigate to Settings > Billing.

Open Stripe Portal

Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe customer portal.

Update payment

In the Stripe portal, click Update payment method. You can add a new card or change your default payment method.

Viewing Invoices

All invoices are available in the Stripe customer portal:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Manage Billing
  3. In the Stripe portal, go to Billing History
  4. Download any invoice as PDF

Invoice details

Invoices include your company name, plan details, and any credit pack purchases. If you need custom invoice details (e.g., tax ID, business address), update them in the Stripe portal under Account Settings.

Billing Cycle

  • Monthly plans: billed on the same day each month (the day you first subscribed)
  • Annual plans: billed once per year on your subscription anniversary
  • Credit packs: one-time charge, not recurring

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  1. Stripe retries automatically over the next few days
  2. You receive an email notification about the failed payment
  3. Your access continues during the retry period
  4. If all retries fail, your account downgrades to Free

Keep payment info current

To avoid service interruption, ensure your payment method is always up to date. Stripe sends email notifications before your card expires.

Data Retention After Cancellation

If you cancel or your account reverts to Free:

  • All your data is retained (metrics, scenarios, AI conversations)
  • You can still access Free-tier features (Growth Ceiling, core metrics)
  • Features from paid plans become view-only until you re-subscribe
  • If you upgrade again, full access is restored immediately
